I Look Up Film Challenge
July 6, 2017
Calling all film, media, design, architecture, and urban planning students -- and anyone in between! You're invited to participate in the 3rd annual I Look Up Film Challenge. The challenge, Blueprint for Better, aims to highlight architecture that uplifts and connects communities, like our example film in Jackson, Mississippi. It's a quick project: films should be 2-3 minutes long, and submissions are due by Aug. 13. More info about it at ilookup.org. Create a team and register today!
Why participate? Winners receive $2,500 in cash, and screening at festivals in New York and Chicago. This is also a great opportunity to get your project in front of media and architecture professionals like John Montague, the producer of Moonlight, Thomas Vonier, the AIA President, and Michael Ford, who leads a national initiative exploring architecture and urban planning through the lens of hip hop culture.
